[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer for Christmas and it’s horrible. Doesn’t work half of the time and there’s always an issue trying to keep it on network to use. I wish that I could get a refund because it was a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop has been great. The set up was easy with walk through instructions, and it has performed as expected. I really like the vibrant screen and ease of use. It turns on as soon as I open the lid. Sound is much better than most laptops, as the speakers run across the top of the keyboard....very nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because there is a cooling fan inside that whines and is quite loud: so much so that when operating, someone close will ask me what the sound is. Kind of annoying, but one does get used to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Without the hard drive the computer is usable immediately without having to wait for the OS to load.
The screen images bright, clear, and sharp.
I am very pleased with my new HP laptop.
