[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a few weeks, the vacuum is great and I am surprised with the mopping feature, it works well and just have touch up with my regular mop. You just need to purchase a few of the mop cloths. Overall it does a good job with all the floor I have it helps a lot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Deepot Ozmo over 3 months ago and I’m very disappointed with the product. First off, the charging deck is too small for the Deepot every time it try’s to go to charging deck it knocks it over and doesn’t end up charging. Second, the mop feature hardly works I didn’t see a difference on my floors. Third, I have it scheduled everyday and since it doesn’t charge it most of the time unless I place it correctly into the deck it won’t clean like it’s scheduled to!! Very disappointed, I’m very unhappy with the product and I’ve spent so much money on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This robot is very thorough, compared to other products available on the market. It moves systematically and along a straight path. The battery stays charged long enough to clean the entire surface area of my four bedroom apartment. I recommend using the mop feature fairly regularly to keep up with the cleaning as opposed to only using it to clean one large mess, for example. The robot may have trouble vacuuming on certain, high-pile rugs.
Purchased this Vacuum in an upgrade from a lower model also from Deebot. Unfortunately after using this for a few weeks the mapping was sub standard and decide to return the unit. it hesitated during routine vacuuming and paused acted confused...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my deebot a month ago. It works perfectly with hardwood floor and tile but when start cleans a carpet all the time send a text errors with the eggdrop sensors ! So everytime get stuck with carpets restart by itself and start a new cycle again! Another thing was the machines wasn't able to draw a map of my house ! So always , I have to clean the whole house because without a map I'm not able to schedule my cleaning ! But when it works wellyou are going to see the difference , its cleaning is amazing ! Now , I have to return it and buy another brand to see how it works.
