[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ecovacs DEEBOT OZMO 950 is an awesome robot vacuum. The lidar navigation system is SO much better and more efficient than my previous robot vacuums from another manufacturer. We've had it for almost 2 months now and have no real complaints. We have not tried the mopping mode yet, but vacuum mode has all the features and functionality you would expect. It has great suction, quiet, very intelligent navigation, awesome battery life, and pretty good app settings.
Wi-Fi setup can be a little bit tricky if your router doesn't allow you to connect directly to your 2.4GHz network. (I had to perform a pretty technical workaround to get OZMO initially connected through my Google Wi-Fi and Pixel phones.) The ECOVACS mobile app also doesn't yet allow you to reconfigure WiFi settings to connect to another network, change WiFi password, etc., without completely resetting the robot - which is a pretty big oversight for a smart home device in my opinion.
Overall, it's better than any of the other 3 robot vacuums we've owned. I wish it had a self emptying bin, but it's easy enough to manually dump. We've had it map 2 floor plans so far. I really like how it intelligently cleans the perimeter of the room and then fills in between with straight back and forth lines. It also auto-switches to lower or higher suction depending on hardwood floors or carpet. Oh, it also lets you see the cleaning lines and the OZMO's location on the floor plan map in real-time as it cleans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second deebot robot vac and it has been vastly improved. The QR code installs the software in a breeze. It cleans the floors intelligently with the laser navigation system vs the older navigation system that bumps into objects and changes directions until it avoids the object. It hugs objects well until it is able to find it way around the object. The virtual boundaries is pretty cool since certain type of rugs can get sucked into the vacuum. It is also useful for avoiding staircases. The multiple settings for suction and mopping rates allows you to adjust for different types of flooring as well as noise volume. It’s small enough to get under sofa and bed, collect finest dust. Also, it has multi floor system . It perfect for my house that has two different types floor. I want to say this robot did save me a lot of time on cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new Deebot Ozmo 950. We previously had 2 separate robots, one for vacuuming and the other for mopping, and it was a little much to have to switch back and forth between them. Now the Deebot has replaced them both, and has much more impressive features and functionality than the previous ones as well. The app is really great, and it's actually fun to see your floor plan laid out and be able to section off areas where you don't want it to mop, etc. I also love that it automatically kicks up the suction power when it climbs up onto our high-pile area rugs. Being able to see the path the Deebot took after it's done cleaning (or even AS it's cleaning) is an awesome feature for my cleaning-obsessed wife (this provides the evidence it really covered everything!). Overall could not be happier with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation to the app is pretty easy. It took me less than 5 mins to connect with WiFi. This ECOVACS is very quiet and give me lots of function to vacuum/mop. Also, it goes under the sofa easily and clean up like deep cleaning from front brush. I use formula to mop my floor. The function on the APP allow you to choose like solution level, and suction speed, etc..... it has the edge brush that clean all the debris and the sensor control every blind spot in my house. Also, it support multi flooring system. It has the ability to map my house in the program. Basically, the program can select specific area to mop my home. What else I can say about the excitement that I have as robot cleaning my house. And it is compatible with Alexa. All you have to say is “alexa ask deebot to clean the floor”. Overall, it did what my expectation above and beyond. I loved it.

Mapped our home first night. 2600 sq/ft downstairs, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, sunroom, dining and utility room...with no issues. Excellent vacuum and cleaning, I even back off the scheduled cleanings because it worked so much better than my old roomba that just bounced from one place to the other and would miss areas so it was ran every night. However the 950 with its excellent mapping and floor coverage...the house looks great. Takes a ton of work off my wife and gives us back time together...priceless. I have seen no issue with hardwood, tile, carpet, or area rugs.. we call our bot Alice! Not used the mopping feature as of yet so I can’t comment. Great bot...priced competitively and has exceeded my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Ecovac Ozmo 950 about a month ago and have been amazed at how well it works. It does a fantastic job cleaning my floors and very seldom gets stuck even with a house full of obstacles.
Pros:
1) Love the long battery life. It will do most of my 2200 sf house on one charge (mostly hardwood and low carpet but lots of chairs).
2) Great around chairs! Works well under a rocker and a large round dining table with 6 chairs.
3) Picks up an amazing amount of pet hair. We have a long and short haired cat and a medium length hair dog and this thing picks it all up.
4 Great navigation and mapping.
5) Mopping works surprisingly well for a light damp mop.
6) Love being able to push a button and have Ozmo vacuum loose litter tracked out of the cat box.

2) Wheels leave tracks in deeper carpeting. Wish the was an option for swapping to wheels that were smooth and left less tracks in carpet.

Would I buy it again? If it holds up for a reasonable amount of time, absolutely. Buy one, you won't regret it.

Now using Ozmo 950 for more than a month and all my family is very happy with a pet and two kids. Now we understand that we never had a clean house before we got this robot.
App is so easy to use and quickly responding. App and robot have all the great features which You will ever need and that all for a reasonable price.
