Been using it for couple of months now , everything about it is absolutely amazing , great suction power , very smart in navigating around my very crowded house with all the furnitures around , great battery life , and even greater continues cleaning after recharge, only issue I faced was the robot detected that my deep black carpets are kind of steps or stairs , only work around I found was to cover the downward senors with white tape , and now all working amazing vaccuming and mobbing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had me Deebot Ozmo 950 for a little more than a month and I'm really happy with how it performs. It cleans perfect, do it really fast and have a fantastic battery capacity, which is important for me since my ground floor is over 150 sqm. During the time I've owned my Deebot I have got software updates that have upgraded both the Deebot and the app software with new features as well as stability. However I still see that there is room for some improvements in the app. Two times I've had problems that the floor map created by the Deebot gets problem with the room setup. To solve that I had to recreate the floor map within the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research before I finally decided to purchase the OZMO 950. I’m so happy with my choice. I’ll provide some of the highlights.
Pros:
Long battery life
Strong suction
Quiet
Great app (virtual boundary lines, scheduling, real time monitoring- just to name a few great features in the app)
Mopping
Doesn’t bump into furniture
Can do multiple floors

Great navigation and cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bot is effective in cleaning our wood floors (have not seen the bot get stuck :) ) and we love the features that comes with the app. The Lidar is very accurate at avoiding obstacles and cleaning around them !
Regarding multi floor cleaning ... we recommend having a second charging dock for another floor.

ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO 950

Unit is well designed, has great suction power, the mop works, the machine covers it all.
Flaws / misssing:
1. User interface (app) could be far more user-friendly.
2. Biggest issue: The Ozmo 950 and its app can "save" only two maps (two flooors only). After it is done making the third map it gives you a choice to destroy the map it just made or to keep it while tossing out one of the two previous ones. This is a big issue for two reasons:
(A) Unit is sold has having multi-mapping capabilities (NOT true / only two maps).
(B) MANY if not by far MOST North American homes have two floors and a basement (= 3 floors total). Many European homes have 3 floors. Everytime you work on a "third floor" the machine is not working as efficiently as it should (e.g. from a "saved map").
(C) It is should be relatively simple to update the app and to allow saving of multiple maps on your phone.
3. MINOR inconvenience:Size of dust pan / no automatic emptying

Would I recommend this unit to a friend? Yes, certainly to a friend with a house that has 2 floors only! But beware of the limitation of being able to keep only two floors in your saved maps.
I would go beyond "recommending" this unit to a few friends and become an enthousiastic promoter for this product if Ecovac would find a way to add the ability to SAVE more maps through the app!! And that should NOT be so hard for them to do!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this vacuum 2 months ago and it is the best and easier to navigate vacuum I have ever had. I researched numerous vacuums before settling on this one and I am glad I did.

We have purchased Ozmo 950 about two months ago and are very happy with its performance. Our home is about 1500 square feet and we have two large dogs. With all hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and a few area rugs, the floor feels sandy if we skip one day of vacuuming. Ozmo has been meticulously cleaning our house every day and at this time, we are extremely happy as we can walk w/o socks and the floor is clean (not just feels clean). The only regret we have is not buying this Ozmon sooner. Also, I have researched many other robot vacuums, but this one was always getting the top spot, we made the decision and got one: super happy for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Deebot OZMO 950 has been very reliable during the first month of ownership, as long as you follow the instructions and make sure charging dock is on hard floor it finds its way home just fine every time. The cleaning capabilities have impressed me with the amount of debris it picks up every day so its cleaning has been better than i expected. I purchased a second charging station and have been using its multi floor capability and although it only has memory of 2 floors and i wish it had memory of 3 levels which you would think it could be done easy enough with an app update.
The app does still need work with multi level feature, almost every time i move to the second mapped level of the home after the Deebot finishes the map looses its name and resets to Map 1 or Map 2 and i have to rename my map again.
