Great helper with great features

I bought this robot couple weeks ago, and I am so amazed, it cleans so well. I can relax and my cleaning is done with just pressing a button.

There are a few issues I am seeing:
- the mopping section get stuck on things and left behind while the rest of the robot moves on. This happens from time to time.
- the map get to situations in which it shows two maps from different angels of the same floor. This happens when the robot get stuck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used both Neato and Roborock vacs before giving the Ozmo 950 a chance. The reviews were great and it seemed to be an improvement over what is used before. I was surprised at how big a difference there was as the Ozmo 950 blew away the competition. After a few months now I'm extremely happy with the purchase and our home is cleaner than it's ever been. My only wish would be for the app to offer the ability to merge rooms together, but that's more a personal quirk than a need. The way it divides rooms makes sense and looks good when vacuumed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OZMO 950 is my first robot vacuum, so with only a single point of reference, I can't accurately judge how this one performs relative to other vacuumbots on the market. Having said that, this thing is pretty amazing. After it vacuums my apartment, the amount of stuff in its dustbin is comparable to when I use my upright vacuum. It may actually be a little more, since it can get under by bed. I've already been recommending it to my friends, and I'm planning to buy another one as a Christmas present for my folks.

Long battery life for large homes and great app with is improving. 2 functions that would have been nice to have is a dust bin full notification and mop water low notification. I am currently having an issue with the divide area map edit function. Which is a great addition to lable and edit rooms if it would work properly. It keeps saying only divide one section and will not divide a area no matter what I do. Hope it gets fixed and more updates come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about two months and are very happy with it so far. We have three dogs and run the vacuum every day and it gets all the fur as far as we can tell. We have hardwood floors with several rugs, the only rug it won't clear has a black boarder and apparently that's common with all these types of vacuums. We've used the mopping feature a couple of times and it has a little trouble going around a couple of our rugs. The only issue we we like to be improved is that it is difficult to get the mop holder off of the water talk, so we either have to run it without the empty tank installed or break out the screw driver to be able to flip the tab. Otherwise, it is better than the Roomba we had prior to and returned to Costco. Would highly recommend.
