[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping the Ozmo 950 was the best of the best. Well, it almost is, but...1. the battery takes over 5 hours to recharge during the job before it goes back out and finish the job which makes the cleaning job take 9 or more hours if you have a large home. I had read it would vacuum 3000 sq ft before recharging. I found only 2000 sq ft. on one charge. 2. The dust bin is too small for the size home it's proported to serve. I had to empty the bin several times. It is a good bit smaller than the robot I like best. I did like the 2 front brushes rather than only 1. I also couln't determine how to use the multiply floor map saving with the app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the review. One suggestion we would make would be to enable the continuous cleaning mode in the app. This way, if the robot cannot finish the entire floor in one go, it will return to the charging station, refill its battery, then go back out to finish the cycle. If you could please reach out to us at customerservice@ecovacs.com attention Steve we'll be more than happy to help out with the multi-floor mapping capability of the robot.

Very good with some bad

Love that it mops and vacuum
