Fantastic new oven!

Brand New..Oven Won't Work & Light Stays On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I closed on my New Home (First-Time Home Buyer and Single Mom of 3 boys 13,13 & 2) 30 Jan 2023, the oven itself was purchased by D.R. Horton December 12 or 22, 2022 and Feb 2, 2023 I cleaned the oven (self-cleaned) so our food won't taste like gas (took 4 hours). Because our furniture was in storage in San Antonio, TX we didn't actually move in until 16 Feb 2023. Because I work a full time job and have a toddler most of our food 99% of the time is oven cooked so that I can multi-task. Despite the oven light being on constantly, I felt it wasn't that concern. Our first night I put a pizza in the oven and to our surprise, was still uncooked. My oldest son asked to put another one in due to taste of a non frozen pizza vs frozen. I said yes and this time used the function "frozen pizza no pre-heat". I saw that the time started to count down and so this time and stayed downstairs and check the oven to see if it was cooking giving the timer. No No No....I called to get a tech out and of course it was a third party of which who no called no show the first time and the second time one came out and although he was helpful, the Service Tech was forced to stay online with Whirlpool for a 15 min w/music playing, only to be told that the part needed would take an additional 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks after, I called 3rd party company to check the status of the part, at which time I was informed that the part is coming to my residence at which time, I would have to call to schedule for the part to be installed. It's now 26 Mar 23 and I am still without a full functioning stove/oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Range

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently bought my new stove. I previously had an electric stove and did not like it. I really wanted a gas stove. I love how my new stove looks and it performs much better than I could’ve ever imagined. I love my new gas stove!
