Stand up Oven Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven cooks everything form bread to roasts to cookies with even heat through out. Simple controls, easy to use. Top burners good job in heat distribution for multiple pan-pot sizes. And its not even convention, doubt I'll ever buy a convention again as this one works just as well. Have had many HI end ovens and this one cooks as good as the best.

New and shiny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burners on my original stove, 34 years old, would not ignite. This caused me to look for a new one. I now realize how badly I needed a new stove. The updates from the old model are Awesome. Love the 5 th burner in the middle and the grates that cover the entire stovetop. Also chose the new color, black stainless, and got the above stove microwave to match. Great improvement to my kitchen.

Good but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is good but I can't say that it is great. I can see a difference in the quality between this range and my old range that was 20 years old. "They just don't make things like they use to." I wanted to retain the Bisque color scheme to match the other appliances so I was limited in what I could choose from. I thought I would like the grates that cover the entire cook top, but now that I have them I find they are more of a pain especially when you have to move all of the grates to clean underneath. The placement of the burners also seems to be slightly off. Overall, it is a good range and it gets the job done. It just isn't as substantial a range as my old one.

Beautiful range

Horrible experience with this stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this gas range for our new home. When we installed it the circuit board did not work. After replacing it twice, it finally worked only to have the oven keep igniting when I used the preheat and it took close to half an hour to get to 350. We had another service person come in and tell us not to use the oven. We then returned the range and got a new one. The oven works on the new one but the circuit board does not work. It was replaced and the new board did not work. We now are waiting for a new style circuit board and it may be up to 6 weeks to get.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For almost 50 years we have used all Whirlpool appliances and we just remodeled our kitchen and put our confidence in Whirlpool. You ask about the range but we feel the same about the microwave and refridgerater. the range racks can not hold any weight.The drawer is thinner than a pop can, useless. the microwave the same , so thin you cant put any pressure on the mounting screws or yo bend it. The rack is so thin we dont even use it . No question in my mind where these were made, we threw away better appliances than we bought . Of course they where from a different time when Whirlpool was quality. Its just discussing what it is now
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needed to replace the burners igniter within a mon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality control slipped on this one and the enamels cleaning quality down hill. Says only soft cloth. The old stoves you could spray with oven cleaner. Disappointed with wearability. Scratches easy. No SOS pads dont get it dirty. I dont know if any brand makes a quality durable stove anymore.

Great Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love to cook and this Gas Range is awesome. We save on energy costs, the food we cook tastes better. It doesn’t get over cooked when the burner is off so is the heat, unlike an electric range where you have to move your food off the burner. It’s safer as when the burner is off the grates cook quickly, compared to an electric range where it could be very hot up to 30 minutes. The cleaning feature for the oven is very straight forward, no water is needed, just clean and food residue and start the cleaning feature. The range top is easier to care for wipe a wipe with a damp cloth and your set. With the Glass Top Range you need to use a polish and scrub it to clean. Best feature is it looks great in our kitchen. One last item, it’s built in the USA
