[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my delivery about 2 weeks ago and have made multiple meals that my old oven struggled with. My pizzas come out crispy with no burn. The preheat is very fast compared to my old unit. And it looks great paired with my other stainless steel appliances. Also I am 6 foot 5 and the stove it’s tall enough to not hurt my back.

Oven doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range/oven came in my brand new house. I closed on Oct 11. The range part works, the oven doesn’t. It’s going to be another 2-4 weeks before the parts come in to fix it. Not a happy camper. We shall see once they get it to work.

Broke down in 9 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new home recently. The builder installed all brand new Whirlpool Appliances. Everything was nice for the first 9 months and then my Whirlpool oven stopped working. I called Whirlpool Warranty and explained what happened. They had a local Appliance Repair Company call me to repair the problem. Three days later they came out to examine the oven. After he checked it all out he said the ovens igniter was faulty covered by a full warranty. Nine days later I called the repair company because I hadn't heard from them yet. They told me they have not been able to locate the part yet and are still looking. She said she would call as soon as they found one. I then called Whirlpool Warranty to inform them that we weren't able to bake anything to eat and there's no telling how long this will go on. I called last Friday and was put on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. I waited a little while and then called again. I was put on hold again for almost 40 minutes this time before I hung up. I have not been able to talk to anyone about this problem at Whirlpool. My wife and I are in our late 70s and we usually eat at home. We have not been able to eat properly since this has occurred, HELP!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke down in 9 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved in to our newly built home with all Whirpool Appliances on April 1, 2022. Our brand new Whirpool 5 burner gas range broke down on Jan. 2, 2023. The oven will not work. I called Whirpool and they sent a repairman to our home on 1-4-23. He determined it has faulty parts and would need to order them. It is now 1-25-23 and we still have no working oven. Whirlpool says to wait 30 days and then call them again if I still am not repaired. I went with Whirlpool because I always heard that they were quality appliances. I now don't know what to think.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Range, Easy Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an almost 30 year old range. Installation was easy. It's taking some getting used to, front burners are hotter than my old one. To simmer, I have to use the back burners. With the full grate it's not a problem to move pans around. I love the top of oven broiler.
