Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my previous Whirlpool that I had for 20 years. There’s some nice added feature including the oblong shaped burner in the middle for the griddle. My only complaint would be some of the features on the keypad, they’re a little hard to figure out.

The Best So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a number of ranges in my life, and gas ranges are my preference. This one tops all of those I've had in the past. I love that it has the center oval burner. The only trouble that I've had happened when a sheet pan slipped to the back of the bottom storage drawer. The oven would not ignite. A serviceman explained that there is a design flaw - if anything metal comes close to the ignitor, it will spark to that instead. They really should put a protective barrier around it. Now that I know, I am careful not have pans sliding back.
I do loves that it doesn't make obnoxious beeping sounds. My husband is very sensitive to noise and these melodious alerts don't bother him. That is a very thoughtful feature!
Overall, I am very pleased with this range and, if they fix the ignitor issue, it would deserve 5 stars in my opinion.

Can't find orfice for natural gas

The stove is a big upgrade from what I was using. The oven takes forever to heat up, I found that I have LP orfices. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find the correct one for NG. If I can find it, that would make me like the oven better. But the stove is amazing with 5 burners, and they hear up quicker than my last stove.
