[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes forever for oven to get hot which is a bummer. The stove top also only has one high burner so the other 3 doesnt get as hot making it take longer to cook products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would've given this range 5 stars, except I still can't get the broiler to give out more flame. All of the other parts can be adjusted for flame height, except for the broiler. Can't use it if it's not giving out much flame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am satisfied with my whirlpool range. Everything seems to work properly and cooks efficiently.
I do have a concern as the main reason I purchased the black stainless steel is because how amazing this finish looks Overall I am satisfied with my whirlpool range. Everything seems to work properly and cooks efficiently.
I do have a concern as the main reason I purchased the black stainless steel is because how amazing this finish looks. This range IS NOT all black stainless steel! Cooktop is just a standard shiny black paint as well as multiple other pieces. Therefore I have black stainless steel adjacent to Hi gloss black paint. Does not match! This is not the way it is portrayed in pictures and is extremely frustrating as far as aesthetics.

Initial Problems But Resolved Satisfactorily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We discovered the oven installed in our new build was not performing well. It lost heat and took longer than anticipated to preheat. Turns out the door was not properly fitting. Another door was installed under our warranty, but that didn’t solve the problem. Next, the door guides were replaced, but that still didn’t solve the problem. The frame was checked and was found to be true, so the problem was not rectified. We reached out to Whirlpool and told them we wanted a brand new oven since ours couldn’t be fixed and Whirlpool had a new oven of the exact same model delivered and installed. Now that is great customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range to use alongside its electric range mate with coil burners. I opter for two ranges rather than going with a heavy 60" dual fuel range. I did this before with frigidaire ranges in 2006. The gas range matches as desired. I like the one level on the top which makes it easy to move around cooking containers. Here are the drawbacks: The knobs on the two stoves are designed and located completely different. On the electric range the inside knobs operate the front burners. On the gas stove, the outside knobs control the front burners. Both front burners on the gas range are large. Any cook knows it is good to have larger kettles, or at least one, located in the rear instead of the front because small kettles can not be seen behind large kettles. duh. It is also impossible to see or ready the tiny print on the electronic screen. There was plenty of room for larger lettering. The bottom drawer has no handle and it is difficult to pull the door open. The drawer is difficult to open because it does not glide, and I end up closing the drawer with my foot. Did the designers think we would use the drawer to store plastic lightweight containers? The stainless steel is easy to clean. The burner dials are nearly impossible to see the off position. Why should I have to use a flashlight to cook. It is easy to accidentally leave the burner on. I am using red nail polish to mark the knobs for safety. This is the first time I only got two oven racks with a gas range. Why? None of the five burners burn low enough to safely simmer without worrying about scorching, and I have very heavy cookware. And when I use the electric range o the lowest setting, soup does not even get lukewarm when left on overnight. I guess they just don't make 'em like they used to. Very disappointing.
