Great features

like it. And I appreciate the fact that it's available in bisque. The only name brand
appliance line that has that. Only drawback was that the factory settings on burners
were a little high, and the oven was colder than what it said on the display. However,
it was an easy adjustment to remedy the problem.

A cleaning nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not think that this unit is worth the money I paid for it. It is a cleaning nightmare! The grates are so heavy and can only be removed for cleaning in a certain order. the middle grate has to come off first before the two outer, larger grates can be removed. If I only use the burner on the right, you guessed it, I have to remove the middle grate in order to remove the right grate in order to clean the top surface. I didn't notice that the cooktop was black instead of stainless when I bought it, so every tiny bit of dust and every streak shows up. I have to first, wash the surface to remove the grease and then spray it with a non-alcohol spray to get rid of the streaks. Our microwave is above the range, so drips are a constant source of clean up in which I have to go through the whole chore of removing the grates. That isn't all. The grates are heavy and awkward, with only small rubber pads that are not deep enough to protect the surface. It makes removing and replacing the grates so difficult. I have to be very careful and slow on moving them and still there are small scratches in the paint which will get larger as time goes on. The middle grate has to be on all of the time in order to protect the 5th burner, so don't think you can solve the whole grate dilema by leaving it off. I am soooooooooo not happy with this range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
