Cooks great. Cleaning it is miserable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it cooks but trying to clean this black stove is miserable. First Dawn and a wet dish cloth. Then spray with vinegar. Still smeary. Then stainless steel cleaner and polish and polish and polish. It isn’t even that there is that much splatter, it just doesn’t clean up easily. I miss my white stove:(

Knobs are junk

The knobs are junk. All of the stems have cracked because they are plastic and now don't grip the burner to turn it on/off. I can't believe the quality is so low on a part that is used more than any other part on a regular basis.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
