Burners much too hot.

Had this range for 3.5 months. Oven unable to sustain temperature. Repair people did not diagnose properly--returned after a week to discover that they needed additional parts to fix. I agree with others that the burners are much too hot. Cannot simmer anything. Repair folk say there is "no fix" for it just need to "live with it". Not sure how to send it back since I am so less than happy.

Good product by a reputable company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove 3 weeks ago and so far I am very happy with it. The only thing I am disappointed in is that there are no instructions on how to actually use some of the functions. I've gone online and have found nothing so I'm learning by doing but I prefer instructions. However, I would definately recommend purchasing this product. It is eye appealing, easy to clean.

Suspect that the thermostat is not quite accurate, will be purchasing an oven thermometer to confirm. Also paint got etched by tomato sauce in the first month, will have to repaint with a higher quality paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and works good so far. Bottom drawer was bent pretty bad when it arrived. It’s been 2 months and still waiting for a replacement. Glad I could still get in the ivory color to match my other appliances.
