New home

Problems with oven and stove top

We bought this range less than 3 years ago. The burner flames were extremely high. We had a technician come out and say we just needed them adjusted. The problem continued so a different technician was sent out. He told us it didn’t have the correct burn tops. He ordered the new ones and that problem solved. Burners still flame too much to simmer a pot even on the small one. Our oven recently went out, technician came and told us the cookie sheets had pushed too far back in the storage bin. We removed all but two cookie sheets. Worked for a few weeks and then wouldn’t light again. A different tech came out, open the drawer and said the cookie sheets had blocked it again. Took them out and stove lit up. I am definitely not confident this is the answer. The storage bin is there for a reason and apparently is useless. Too many issues with a stove less than three years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great style
