Worst range I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my new home. I had it looked at as I couldn't believe it was this way on purpose. When trying to ignite one burner they all spark and click until you figure out to turn desired burner all the way around, then they stop but the burner you are trying to use does not turn low enough to saute or low simmer instead you end up with burn't pans and smoke alarms. One of my neighbors says she just uses the smaller burners in back but as one who enjoys cooking, having to reach (i am short) to the back to get a lower and uneven heat is really not satisfactory to me. I cannot use this stove and now will have to spend even more money on a stove and a dishwasher NOT made by Whirlpool.I have used gas ranges for many years and have had several different brands including Whirlpool. I will never Buy another Whirlpool product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I called Whirlpool and they did a buyback for me which was unexpected. I purchased another range, an upgraded model and everything about it is much better.

Love gas appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas range was not picked out by us but by our builder. We did get the option of gas or electric and picked gas. The range is nice but the gas range we had in our other home was built a bit more solid (burners). Nothing wrong with this one.

Replaced my 17 year old Whirlpool Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older similar Whirlpool Range. The reason for only 4 stars is…..I’m having trouble using the right front burner for a lower setting. So I’m using the back simmer burner more than I like.
I have the matching Microwave and when cooking on the range burners at the same time the microwave handle gets hot
