So much fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Mariokart hotweels mario circuit track set about week or so ago. My kids were all really excited boys and girl both! My husband got it put together right away and luckily we had 4D batteries on hand. They love it. Ours came with a mario car and yoshi car. You can purchase extra cars and tracks so I'm sure we will! I asked my kids what there favorite thing about it is and they said EVERYTHING! Doesnt seem to be made cheaply either so thats a plus!Definitely will recommend this product!

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love Mario Kart and Hot Wheels so together they should be great. But...
The bad out of the way first. The track is heavy which can lead to the track breaking if you move it with disassembling it. The tracks should be thicker, and since they are not it leads to a lot of flex which can cause the cars to crash.
The good. The cars are great, the shell button to make your oppent crash is a neat addition, the track itself looks great, thanks to the propeller the cars move very fast easily though it is loud, and there are addons.
Speaking of addons you have to buy both which is strange they are not bundled to make this work as one.
This is a really cool idea, hurt by a few poor design decisions. If this had a thicker plastic track this woud be a 5 star. Still Mattel does a fantastic job.

This is such a fun toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this to my 5 year old nephew and he is having a blast playing with this awesome toy. He loves making the race car sounds while racing the cars. It brings back so many memories of Mario kart when I played it as a child. It is very sturdy and made very well. Haven't had any issues at all with this toy.

Fun but problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to set up. Sometimes doesn't work as cars fall off the track when it is not suppose to. Fun to watch the cars race and prank your friends by pushing the shell button and make their car derail. It's cool that you can add more tracks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this a couple of weeks ago for my six year old son. Easy to put together. He loved the track and the kart racers. However the booster did not start with new batteries until I played with them and the karts go off track after the booster despite ensuring the track is correctly attached to the tower.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fun for awhile

Fun but very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The track seems to work okay, however there were way too many stickers and the launcher motor is excessively noisy. I would hope with today's technological advances that a quieter motor would be a reasonable possibility.

broken when opened

I ordered this track in July for Christmas for my son as it was sure to be sold out in my area (which it was).
Imagine the look of excitement as my child opened this track because he really wanted the “Mario kart track” and then upon opening it learning one of the piece was broken so that look of excitement on Christmas morning shifts to sadness and disappointment.
Needless to say this is the first big hot wheels track I’ve purchased for him and I’m disappointed in the quality and shipping of a broken item. Definitely not something a kid wants to hear as they’re opening their new Christmas toy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
