Disappointed

We bought this for our son for Christmas. Within a week the track was breaking from the main part as others have shown. I reached out via customer help on the website on Jan 1st and still have not received a reply. We paid too much money for the main track and its 2 extension play sets to have it sitting around with a broken part that I cant even buy a replacement for. Poor quality and customer service. I'm extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible!!

We got this for our son for Christmas and it broke the same day!! My son loved it and is still so upset it broke. We have looked for replacement parts and there isn’t any. I tried to fix it and nothing worked. I really wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.

Let down

We got this as a birthday present for my son and we have NEVER gotten the carts to finish a race. From the Start position the inside track doesnt make it past the first bend 7 out of 10 tries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trying to call your help number

We are having issues with the track! Trying to call your help number and either sit on hold for 10 minutes then get a answering machine or it disconnects me. Get it together Mattel!

Terrible design. Broke after few days.

I bought this for my son for Xmas. Set up and used for a few days. It’s already broken and now completely unusable. Can’t connect the track together. So disappointed and a waste of money.

Bad tracks - Tore within 2 days

Christmas Present. Cars kept falling off one track. Made the racing part of the toy less than fun. After a few hours of play, a chunk of one long curved track tore off rendering half the toy useless.

My son loves this! Terrific invention!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he's played with it non stop! This Mario tracks works incredible, no issues with it going around the track at all. The batteries last very well, we've had to change them one time in months. This was very easy to assemble, with clear instructions, also easy to disassemble and store away for later. This will make a terrific gift for birthdays or holidays. My son absolutely loves mario and hotwheels so he was very very happy with this set. 10/10 we definitely recommend!
