I had a X1 carbon 2 gen for approx 5 years and liked it except for the "function strip" . Needed to upgrade and really liked the size and weight aspect for travel and so decided I would get a newer model to last me for the next 5 years. Very happy - it is even a little smaller than my 2gen. Only thing I'm not so keen on is the location of the power button on the side instead of the top - but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Highly recommend.

I'm not the most tech-savvy person but wanted a lenovo because I'm familiar with them from work. Only issue I've really had is that the brand new machine sometimes periodically disconnects from the Wifi. I think I have repaired it with a driver fix, but still it was pretty disappointing for a machine fresh out the box to have such a basic and important function not work properly.
Wifi seems to be working better now with an installed driver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These Laptop is overall good. The battery performance is awesome and the best the i like about these laptop is the keypad. Like they are the best. Other everything is good about the laptop.

Great laptop! Love it barley feel it in my bag cause its so light and build quality is great only complaint is that cause its a mate computer there is fingerprints everywhere but still this is just nit picking.
