It has flaws - but portable and good battery

LOVE: Light weight, performance for what I need it for. Fast, easy, light and good battery life.
MEH: the way oils from hands ( not dirty hands by any means) deposit on the matte finish of this computer.
HATE: The position of the track pad and how easy it is to accidentally touch it while typing, causing your mouse position to change on screen suddenly and then you are all of a sudden typing in the wrong part of a document.
HATE: a power flaw that seems to be prevalent with other users too where you have to physically reset the laptop with a pin or something occasionally ( why are these occasions always when I am at a business meeting and dont have a paper clip around?)

Hibernation leads to rebooting

Device goes into hibernation mode and won't come out of it, needs to power cycle to use it. Too bad that I've spoken with 3 departments to try and get a replacement -- and getting nowhere.. I guess I'll try and find a 4th department to help me.. this issue has happened 3 times in 3 weeks..

It's super light, ultra fast, charges with a USB type C & charges in no time. The sound on it could be better of course (I'd give it a 7.5/10) but other than that it's been nothing less than amazing for us. I work in a very fast paced medical clinic so I can have up to 4 programs opened at once, but the performance has never slowed down & never fails to impress me & the staff. Highly recommend it!

There is some lack in this specific model of product:
1. There is not LAN adapter in the package.
2. Some performance issue.
3. Battery life is not same as the data in the website.

The battery life is worse compared to my previous lenovo laptop (T470), only around 6 hours....it also gets very hot. Not worth the significantly higher price point.

Also, in regards to overheating, I would recommend making sure that your device is kept clean as well as ensuring that it is kept in the right place so that airflow is not restricted.
