Sleek, quick, and everything works. My only complaint is that Lenovo ships with UPS. As Lenovo is the customer, I don't have much recourse. UPS claimed to have attempted delivery, but I was home the entire day and can assure no delivery attempt was made. Then the only way to reroute the delivery is to provide UPS with the delivery attempt number off of the 'missed delivery' card they leave. however, as mentioned, they didn't actually attempt delivery so I did not have a card nor a delivery attempt number. So actually getting the item from UPS became a bit of a nightmare.
Laptop crashes when on video conferencing for 30+ minutes.

Customer support is absolutely atrocious! I think I got gray hair working with them... laptop was beautiful, but the operating system failed five days after receiving it and their support was awful! ...still waiting for my money back...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far this computer exceeds my expectations, speed and ability to perform any of the tasks I require makes me very glad I switched to Lenovo. Also I cannot speak highly enough of the support I have received getting it set up and working....
