I placed a custom order for this product several weeks ago. Although I am happy with the product itself, the laptop was sent to me with a faulty component - the screen display intermittently glitches/ flickers to the point where I have to shut down all programs I am working in or restart the entire laptop (and by doing this only sometimes the issue is temporarily resolved). After driver updates, etc. I now have to send it in for repair. Unimpressed as I am working from home during COVID-19 closures, and this is a large inconvenience - especially given the price tag attached to this product.

Love it! Feels great, works great, is great for school work and Minecraft. Issue is that bottom can be pushed in a little against the inside, like there’s a small space, and it makes it feel slightly flimsy.
The machine may be fine but it took me three weeks with two MS experts to get it working properly. Very poor startup experience.
