However we returned this unit because The HD display screen is too hard on the eyes and when using zoom everyone appears to be very dark. Picture quality is very disappointing especially the built in camera.
This device definitely needs a separate video card as well! Using zoom to present videos, everyone complained on how glitchy the presentation was. Internet speed is excellent. We switched to our old laptop and it went smoothly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keyboard layout is not optimized for using keystroke combinations to help navigate browsers and other programmes. Mouse touch pad is not well positioned vis-à-vis keyboard and accidental mouse taps happen more frequently. Mouse cursor sensitivity is less accurate that I expected, as is scrolling using touchpad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this device for about 2 years now, and it is a nifty little laptop. Most things work really well and exceed my expectations for a laptop of this value and size. However, I do wish the build quality of the stylus pen was better as it is kind of flimsy. Furthermore, I believe the battery lifespan and could have been better, and for some reason, by device came with either no TPM, or with TPM disabled, as I am not able to upgrade the device to Windows 11, even though it should be more than capable to do so.
