i am pleased with the phone, but the service sucks. after being on the phone for half an hour with someone i was having trouble understanding I gave up and called a friend and took care of the matter myself

This phone is light, easily held for longer periods of time. Con: speaker is not adequate. Takes great pictures with it's 12mp though had to adjust for lighting.

Fabulous Upgrade

I got 2 of these based upon the reviews for me and my wife. We absolutely love them and all the issues we were having with our old Galaxy s5s are no longer. All the new features of Android 10 are awesome along with more memory than we will ever use. The extended battery time is a huge plus as well. 2 weeks in and I am still finding great new features. No lag at all. Haven't seen a swirling arrow yet. Love it.

Bought 3 of these phones, 2 are working great, no hiccups whatsoever the third on the other hand mine keeps freezing up will not respond properly or promptly

This phone was great when I got it. then after the Android OS update, it began destroying SD cards. After three 64GB cards, I started using just the smaller 16GB cards and putting everything on the cloud. After 6 months, this has started to pulse the back arrow when charging. .

It keeps on messing up.

I bought mine and my fiance's phone on cyber deal and it keeps on messing up. It won't play the videos all the way through on facebook, tiktok, and other forms of social media. It's disappointing.

I really love the Moto G7 Optimo Max phone. It has everything I need in a smart phone. Very fast response moving from apps. Calling is crisp and clear. Ring volume is great. The 32 gigbites is more than enough for me but I installed an sd card to bump it up even more. I have no issues so far as this is my second Moto phone. Went from a Moto E4 to a Samsung but hated it after 8 months it died so I went back to Moto . So far so good
