VERY DISAPPOINTING

Bought this phone to be an upgrade from my LG Stylo 3. The only way it is an upgrade is it has twice the built in storage capacity. The connectivity of this phone, to put it bluntly, SUCKS! Rarely do I get 4G LTE, most of the time it is 3G, and quite often no signal at all. Yes, we have poor cell signal here, but I never had that problem that much with my LG. I compare my phone with my wife's phone side by side, and while hers has a 2 bar 4G LTE signal, this Motorola has no signal at all, or at best 3G. And her phone is a much cheaper model LG than this Motorola is.
Apparently, Motorola phones just simply suck at connectivity. Shame, because this phone has plenty of features that I really like, but oh well... when you constantly end up having dropped calls and can't do anything on the web, the phone is worthless. Big waste of money.

Problems

I like the overall design, but have way too much trouble with the sound adjustments in the apps. I find my sound gets adjusted and I have to totally shut down and get back on to get things working a gain. I have missed phone calls and messages because of it.

Good phone but didnt last

I love all the features of this phone. The camera is ok, I was disappointed that in less than a year the phone stopped working completely, wouldnt even turn on. For the price I paid for this phone I thought it would last longer than it did.

Amazingly heavy, but sturdy as heck

Great Phone, made sturdy! My thoughts on this phone completely is that is one of the best made, heavy phones, that didnt break in the first two drops as of yet. I'm really hard on my phones, however, this one will not let me be hard on it. My 9 year old took some amazing pictures with this phone as well! all around our family loves it

I bought this phone about a month ago, I am not a gamer , just take pictures , some e- mails and texting , the phone is much faster than my old LG, APS are easy to load , I am unable to text photos for some reason. I am happy with the finger print security feature. It was easy to switch from the old phone to the new phone with the APP. Great phone for the price..................

Horrible phone

This has to be one of the worst phones I have purchased. It literally reboots 10-15 times a day regards of what you are doing on it. I have backed up the phone and preformed a factory reset which has not helped.

Trouble receiving calls

The phone arrived on time. The problem came when the once it was activated I couldn't receive any calls. Restarted it several times didn't. When through all the troubleshooting from tech support. Didn't work evenualy returned.

Stopped charging

Mine stopped charging in a week's time. No drops or anything. I tried several cords, charging ports and outlets with phone off and on. It charged for like over 18 hrs to get to 35%. I might like the phone but what good is it if it won't charge?
