1. It's not a Samsung. I bought this phone because I had three Samsung A32 fail after their first update.
2. Since this isn't a Samsung, I finally learned how much Samsung is messing with (hijacking) the Android OS.
3. So what about this phone? Solid and does what it supposed to. Has some nice add-ons like using features with the entire phone to do things. Shake the phone a specific way and it opens the camera.

Sound is bad. Touch response is bad. Freezes regularly. Won't stay connected to wifi. Have had Samsung's prior this phone and can't wait to go back to them. Really awful phone
