The phone I bought goes black a lot. My husband has the same phone and I have never seen this happen.

I bought this to replace a Motorola e series phone that's battery was not lasting more than 6 hrs. This one is great, but I have had it lick up once in a while while changing screens. Hopefully this will go away with updates.

I'm a Motorola fan and this phone is a great budget phone. Purchased as a replacement phone and there were no issues activating it on my account. It was operational in less than 3 minutes. Great battery life, perfect screen size and no noticeable processor lag.

I love the phone but buying that plan was a waste of money and they make you buy the plan they should not do that because it is not worth it at all I should have searched elsewhere but I do like the phone
