Radiator Springs never looked so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly was much easier then I thought. I was concerned with assembling the track but the instructions and labeling was clear. My daughter and I loved how the battery housing was the Cozy Cone Hotel. My daughter can’t wait to get more cars racing on the track.

Easy to put together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set overall is awesome! It's much better than older cars racetracks I've bought. The only issue I can find is one of the joints, the D joint, does not stay together. We have to tape it. It's kind of loud but my 6 year old loves it and all the extra buildings and decorations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting this toy together was relatively easy and the instructions were easy to follow. I like how they mark the parts so it’s idiot proof to put together. The only thing I had to ding a star off for was that there was one connection that didn’t seem to connect easily. I think maybe the connector wasn’t made as perfect so it couldn’t really secure together well. Other than that it was a breeze to put together and luckily the stickers to put on the pieces were pretty minimal. Now as for the toy itself and how much my 6 year old son enjoyed playing with it, he absolutely loves it. We love how we can use our other Cars branded cars to race on the track along with the Lightning McQueen it came with. The motor is a little loud but I guess so is the sound of the car racing around the track so it’s not a shocker that it’s a bit loud. The decorations and look of the toy is great and aesthetically pleasing to have out. Overall, my son loves the track and loves playing with it and as for the portion of the track that comes apart maybe I can just tape the back side of it to keep it joined together better. I would still recommend this toy and would buy it for my son.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas 2019.
He was so excited until we figured out track won’t stay together. The curved pieces will not stay together.

Motor broken

My 19 month old loves this track! However, we are highly disappointed that after less than a month of use, the motor is not working. At this price point, the motor should not burn out.

Not worth the money

Bought this for my son's birthday ( March 21st 2020).
It was great for the first 3 or 4 days. He loved it. Then the track started falling apart. We could handle that, but then the motor started to get weaker and weaker.
At first I thought it was weak batteries so I ran out and got some off brand batteries. Had the same issue with fresh batteries but since they were off brand I figured they were just not strong enough.
Went and got some Duracell batteries, still has the same issue. Sometimes the cars won't even make it up the hill without stopping, other times they just barely make it back to the launch zone but they don't have enough momentum to carry into the launch zone.
Really disappointed in this product, $50 and only got about 2 or 3 weeks of good play out of it.
He still hands me a car when I get home from work and says "daddy race" so he's still enjoying it or else it would get 1 star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missing stickers

We bought this for our son, but it didn't come with the stickers to adhere onto the buildings. still cool looking and fun to play with, just very plain looking. The stickers would definitely add. Who do I contact to get some?
