Love the thought put into this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loved playing with the Barbie baking set. we were able to work together to create multiple cakes that she got to pretend to sell to customers and we laughed and giggled together the entire time. she is 4 years old and this toy was not beyond her comprehension and was very easy for her to use. She even offered me up a piece of sliced cake!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for Imagination Play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this set. She loves "baking" and decorating the cakes. She will then sing Happy Birthday and give us the cake. This has kept her super busy and has provided her lots of entertainment. She also added her other toys and has had tea parties and feeds all her little toys cake. I would definitely recommend this toy if you child loves to tinker and play pretend. I hope/wish they have more of the cake batter dough for purchase since I know the ones provided will get dried out after many uses.

So fun!

The toy was easy for her to open by herself, which is nice. Not a lot of packaging to unravel.
The play dough has a sweet scent which made it more fun for her to make the cakes. The dough doesn’t stick to the claw molds either, which is super awesome for parents.
The decorating tools could be a little more easy to use, they don’t come off, so her Barbie cake would squish when she tried to use them.
Overall, combining Barbie and play dough was a nice touch. My daughter will play with this for a long time.

Especially fun for a chef in the making

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was super excited to receive the Barbie cake decorating playset. She wanted to open the box immediately and get to work in the kitchen. She happens to loves baking cupcakes and muffins with me so this set immediately piqued her interest. She was very pleased with the assortment of accessories, which allows her to produce cupcakes in different colors with various designs. The fact that the cake rises was a super neat feature. This playset held her interest for longer than other toys and because of the way the set is designed she was able to role play with Barbie or play / design cupcakes as a stand alone activity. This was definitely a great addition to her existing Barbie collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Barbie Cake Decorating Playset to he a great set for any kid. My 6 year old loved playing with it. I found it great for her because she was able to follow the simple directions and was so happy to make her own cake. I loved the idea of this playset so much. It was simple to use and the detail that you can make on the cakes are great. The decorating bag comes with a heart tip to indent on the cake. This playset was very enjoyable. My daughter started making cakes and she was in her own world decorating them, she played with this playset for hours.I was impressed by how the cakes looked. The small details like the carrying box and turn table were amazing details. The toppers were very cute. If your child is into baking this is a great playset to purchase. The only thing I would have liked to be included is a couple cake boards to place the cake on but this set was wonderful.I enjoyed this playset and my daughter loved it.This set was sent to me for my honest review.

Entertaining toy for lots of fun

They enjoyed helping Barbie create cakes with the dough that comes in the playset (especially the confetti cake colored dough!) and decorate them with all of the fun little cake toppers and stampers!
Fun play set to return to time and again with lots of things to do and Barbie looks so nice and a very nice outfit in her in this set.

Another Barbie hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters have several of these Barbie dough sets and they love them to pieces. They got the kitchen set and the pizza set for the holidays last year and they still play with them multiple times a week. I never thought there would be Barbie sets where the doll gets less play than the accessories but my kids could care less about the doll in these. They spend hours making little creations with the Barbie dough and then they go back and play with the things they made with their dolls. My girls are 5 & 8 and this is a perfect addition to their collection. The tiny accessories were well thought out for this bakery set. The tool to decorate the cake is unique and easy to use. The way the dough “rises” in the oven is intuitive and the confetti dough was an absolute favorite for my girls. Thank you for an another amazing and interactive playset!
