I was VERY impressed with this vacuum! It picked up dirt, dust, pet hair...you name it, from way down deep in the carpet! My carpets even looked fluffier after one use! The ONLY slight negative is that it's a bit front heavy which makes it just a little hard to steer. I've only had my Shark vacuum long enough to vacuum once, so don't have a long term opinion yet, but so far it's GREAT! This vacuum was recommended by my son and he was RIGHT! It's an excellent vacuum!

Bought this a few weeks ago. Love it so far. Easy to assemble. Really cleans good especially getting up all the dog hair. I’ve been using it almost daily since it was delivered. Great for carpets as well as tile floors.

So as normally shark products are it is a nice quality vacuum. There's a few flaws I feel Phil for one if you do suck up something big let's say a quarter or something like that you literally have to shut down the the machine and take out the been collector and dump it or get the quarter out just because it will continue to go around in there and make a bunch of noise. If you accidentally suck up a little piece of paper or something you have to shut it off and get it out of the bottom of the middle sucker because it is stuck. Also when you're in The mode where you're carrying the collapse in the collector but the wand is in the vacuum ahead, it's almost it's almost like there's not enough weight For the head to actually be useful

I tried my daughter’s Apex and it was amazing! I love all of the features the Shark Apex has to offer. That being said, within the second time of cleaning, my vacuum stopped. I had to wait a minimum of 60 minutes before I could continue cleaning! After it started for the third time, I was able to finish cleaning. The vacuum does clean well when it runs. I have a scheduled phone call with customer service on Friday.

I got this vacuum about a month ago, and overall, I really like it. It works great on carpets, however most of my home is hardwood and tile.. with that being said, it is difficult to use on hard floors; it picks up debris, but takes some effort to make turns. Not too much of an issue, but not what I’m used to as this was never a problem with my old Shark vacuum. For the price, I honestly expected better.
