Hello. We appreciate the time you took to reach out to us about your gas dryer, though we truly hate to hear you're having an issue with the cycles not completely drying your clothes. We know that would cause concern.

There is a breakdown of the cycle options and what clothing items they are best used for on page 7 of your manual. If you find the Sensor options are not fully drying, you do have the option of selecting one of those cycles and then selecting the More Time option to increase the drying time. How much time is required may vary a bit depending on the load size.

The sensor settings are meant to sense the dryness of your items for an ideal drying performance; we regret that this was not your experience and will certainly send your feedback to our Design team for future consideration and possible adjustment. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, as we always want to be aware of any possible areas of improvement.

Our expectation is that you would not have this long of wait for service call to diagnose and make necessary repair. There is no explained reason for a new product to completely stop working in less thank a month. We understand your aggravation and frustration.
