Would look for a whirlpool next

The dryer has a towel option, Jean options, and more. I have to keep it on a time setting other wise I will be drying the clothes twice on that setting I select. I have tried it with a little clothes in there too. It doesn’t completely dry all the way. So usually I just set it to 60 mins and they dry completely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello. We appreciate the time you took to reach out to us about your gas dryer, though we truly hate to hear you're having an issue with the cycles not completely drying your clothes. We know that would cause concern.
There is a breakdown of the cycle options and what clothing items they are best used for on page 7 of your manual. If you find the Sensor options are not fully drying, you do have the option of selecting one of those cycles and then selecting the More Time option to increase the drying time. How much time is required may vary a bit depending on the load size.
The sensor settings are meant to sense the dryness of your items for an ideal drying performance; we regret that this was not your experience and will certainly send your feedback to our Design team for future consideration and possible adjustment. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, as we always want to be aware of any possible areas of improvement.

Less than a month already stopped working

Delivered and installed professionally on September 7 and stopped working on September 26! No power in control panel. Outlet works and breaker works also. Have my washing machine plugged in same outlet and no issue. Have to wait over a week for a service call. This is absolutely uncalled for. No reason a brand new product should completely stop working in less than a month.

This is not we expected to happen and apologize for your experience. We certainly do not like this type of feedback and will forward this. Our expectation is that you would not have this long of wait for service call to diagnose and make necessary repair. Works okay but has a noise like parts rubbing together at high speed that is cause for concern

Hello and we understand your concern about this noise. The following are normal dryer sounds: A squeak when the unit is started is normal; the sound should go away after the first few seconds of operation. The sound of the drum as it turns. Amazing capacity. We've been able to do some of out bigger comforters with outstanding results. Plenty of features to work with for a variety of drying needs when they arise. Highly recommended for the price!!

Reasonably priced and very reliable

This is our second GE gas dryer, the first dryer we bought three years ago but lost it in four feet of water during hurricane ida so since it is a very well made and very simple to use with great features and a reasonable price , my wife and I decided to buy the same GE brand and model .we are indeed very satisfied with this workhorse machine .
