Basic Dryer

Our last GE dryer lasted over 15 years and I was pleased that it the setting were very accurate on the amount of time it took to dry items. The new GE dryer doesn't work quite as well. When using the specific settings for drying (for example the towel setting) some items are still damp when the cycle is finished. Also interesting is that the large amount of lint is coming out of the vent instead of into the lint catcher in the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this dryer after my Frigidaire finally gave out. It doesn’t match my front loading washer, but it looks nice and works great so far.
