Very long time to dry!

When using dryer cycle settings, dryer turns off before end of cycle time and clothes are still wet! Regular size loads take 60-80 minutes to dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dries clothes well, but makes an awful sound

Have been using this product for less than a month now and it does a terrific job of drying clothes and has a lot of nice features. However, it started making a horribly loud screeching noise on day one and has not stopped since. I have service scheduled, but it is not for another 2 weeks. If the service visit resolves the issue, then I would be very happy with the product.

It provides 1 hour of no-heat tumbling after the clothes are dry so your clothes are less likely to sit in the dryer and get wrinkled.
We're happy to hear that you've got a service appointment scheduled for this screeching noise as it does not sound like something you should be hearing from your unit. We're confident that our service team will be able to come out and identify the issue quickly.

Great Dryer!

Our dryer was delivered yesterday and was immediately put to use. So far, we’re very pleased. We like the drying features and it’s very user-friendly. We especially like the 7.4 size capacity drum. It allows for almost wrinkle-free clothes. Based on the results thus far, we recommend this product.
