Figure in a warranty with purchase

2 1/2 years old replaced heating element 1 1/2 in and now NO POWER. ZIP. ZILCH. NADA. Good thing GE isn't making this piece of crap any more...Sorry GE, truth hurts. DO you see a pattern here?

I love my new GE Dryer! It dries so quickly and efficiently, and it's modular look is very appealing. Also, the many drying options are a fantastic upgrade to my old dryer!

This dryer gets used still works like new after almost 3 years of being used between 4 to 6 times a day, EVERYDAY.

Wont Start During the Third Month of Operation

Purchased this dryer in June, woke up November 8 to the control panel lights blinking. Searched the owners manual and it said to check the circuit breaker, circuit breaker fine. All other issues listed in the manual don't pertain to my machine. GE's website says the personality settings have to be reset. I did that but it doesn't say what to do after one sets it to number two for a gas dryer. There isn't a reset button listed on the panel or anywhere on the machine. Tried to make a service appointment online and the website says nothing available to until January, which I think is outrageous if that is true. Have to call the 800 number to see what can be done. If it can't be fixed, under warranty, I will change my rating to zero stars and never buy a GE appliance again.
