Doesn't seem to dry as well as our 20 year old dryer that it replaced, maybe we just haven't found the right settings yet though.

I would of given this a 5 but the dry sensor is not correct. Stops drying before clothes are completely dry. The are still a bit damp but not bad. Other than that it is a pretty good dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dryer does not dry. We are now waiting for a part to hopefully fix it. Forget drying towels - even if it is just two towels. How can this be energy efficient if it takes more than three hours to dry towels and the air isn't even hot?

I bought this dryer 2 months. Ago and it’s already giving me problem , leave clothes wet and stopping on it’s own
