Leaks gas inside dryer

After waiting 6 weeks for delivery due to being on back order ( which we did know when ordered) we have a gas leak from inside the dryer and it has been an additional 10 days and we still can't use it without smelling gas. The one thing they are good about is sending out the bill and wanting payment even though I can't use the dryer without fear of blowing up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my dryer for a month now. So far, none of the preset drying cycles actually dry the laundry. Not "normal". Not towels. Not bulky. Not any of them. I end up having to set up another cycle. And the dryer is half full or less each time. Only the Timed Dry cycle works--that's when you're controlling all of the settings. The Wrinkle Care function doesn't really prevent wrinkles either. Be prepared to set yourself a timer to get the dryer right when the cycle ends and pull out the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
