Great technology upgrade !

We replaced a 13 year old GE Profile dryer with this years GE GTD72GBSNWS model. Comparable drying features but the newer technologies in this model are faster and make the clothes feel much more ‘finished’. Great update !

No HEAT

After approximately 5 uses it no longer has any heat. What is worse is trying to get service on a GE gas dryer that is only one month old. We’re on our third try after the first two cancellations. Not happy.

Great dryer but can only use time mode

Love this dryer. But any other mode aside from me setting the timer turns off in just minutes. I’ve followed every suggestion from the manual and websites. It’s a brand new machine so it’s not malfunctioning. Stinks to have so many options on settings and I can only use one. Recommend really if it doesn’t bother you to use one setting.
