Dryer that doesn't dry

We seem to be struggling with using the right settings to get our clothes even remotely dry. The only setting we have found is to use the timed dry setting at 90 minutes then adding time when it stops. All the rest of the settings seem to be useless. On the plus side it is quiet...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just installed this dryer and only used it twice so far but so far it was great.
Air blows out the vent really well, a lot more air then my previous dryer
