Great Dryer!

I purchased this dryer when I moved in my new home in November 21. So far it has been reliable and very easy to use. I also like that its chime is not some loud buzzing noise but a musical note which I can easily hear through my home.
My only negative is that if I have a very large load of clothes in it, the auto sensing will sometimes leave some of my clothes damp. This doesn't happen often though and its likely my fault loading the dryer with too much at once.

Doesn’t dry completely.

No matter what setting I use the dryer shuts off before the clothes are dry… very frustrating. Damp clothes are subject to mildew.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh boy, we're so sorry that your dryer is turning off before the cycle is complete, leaving damp items to sit. This would be very discouraging and we completely understand your frustration.
It's possible that this is happening because your dryer isn't level. If this is the case, move dryer to an even floor space or adjust leveling legs as necessary until even. I love the way the selections thoroughly dry my clothes. Simple to use and easy to clean the lint screen. So far so good after a month of heavier use.

So far I’ve had the dryer 2 months, and it gets used at least 2x a day…it’s quick, noise level is low and it is very user friendly for my kids to use.

I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN THIS GOT DELIVERED IT HOLDS TONS OF CLOTHES THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IF YOU WASH TOWELS AND SHEETS NO MATTER IF THERE IS A LITTLE OR BIG LOAD THE SPIN CYCLE WILL NOT SPIN AND IT JUST KEEPS ADDING WATER TO RESET IT. SO EVERYTIME I HAVE TO PULL OUT SOAKING TOWELS AND REARRANGE AND THEN SPIN THEM. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS UGH

I love the efficiency of my new dryer. Gets my clothes dry fast! The only thing I don't like is how noisy the drum is at first start. Once the machine heats up, the noise is gone.
