I love this product

I really like everything about this product except it’s too high. I have to stand on tip toes to get all of my clothes out. I love the color and the Bluetooth capabilities so it lets me know how long I have and when it is complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washed well, not very “HE”

Washes well but……8 out of 10 loads are uneven at the end, then it shuts off with in minutes so you start a drain and spin, where it adds like 20 gallons of water to “balance” it. It very HE, and it’s hard to deal with when you haul water, average an extra 20 gallons of water per load. Will probably go back to whirlpool after this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to help out with the uneven loads and out of balance conditions.
This model is a high efficiency model, so it does use less water to provide the same level of clean as traditional models.
In regards to the out of balance conditions, we recommend first checking that your washer is completely level to the ground. You can adjust by rotating the leveling legs located on the bottom of the unit. It is also important to be mindful of how the washer is loaded. The best way to achieve a balanced load is to load dry items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads.

Would be great if it wasn’t so high tech

I loved this washer for the first two years and than it keeps freezing on the sensing setting and will quit washes and make it challenging to wash clothes for a large family.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inefficient

Do not buy. Most inefficient washer we have ever owned. Anything more than a couple pieces of clothing, it can’t balance and uses like 30 gallons of water at a time to try to balance it. Not uncommon to go through 60+ gallons of water a load

We are happy to provide guidance with this washer's balancing. The proper loading of this machine has a direct impact on the balance. We encourage you to load dry items loosely in the washer basket. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. If loading your items like this does not resolve your issue, we recommend fully resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
