Not as good as older models washers. Spin cycle always has been a problem.

We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function and allow for proper spinning, this will require service by a qualified technician. Horrible Washer

I have had nothing but trouble with balancing this washer. It’s suppose to ‘self-balance’ and does not.
I bought it so I could wash my queen comforter. Never again.

Horrible: Won’t Drain Bulky Items

This is one of the worst washing machines I have ever used; if you put in anything larger than a medium load it will not drain. Instead, it continues to “balance” the items by continually adding more water in the drain and spin cycle, which is incredibly inefficient and a waste of energy. I bought this washing machine to wash, comforters, sweaters, and jeans, but you can forget it because not only does the washing machine not function, have to hand-ring these items. “Smart” devices are often exactly the opposite. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from wasting money.

Would not buy again

Was only quiet for the first few weeks. Says energy efficient but it consistently refills to balance during the spin cycle, wasting more water and energy. The detergent dispenser clogged in the first month, continues to clog so stopped using it. Just used for a little over 5 years and now the agitator does not work and the inside started to rust and white (what seems to be plastic) is coming off the inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was a good product, until…

I read many of the reviews on this dishwasher that I purchased back in 2022 and just like many of them at first it ran great, but after several months, it began making lots of knocking noises and doing a lot of balancing I thought maybe it was moved and that’s why it was doing that, but it is also not draining all the water out so I almost have to do a quick wash or another spin to get the water out I am disappointed in the washer now that I know that it’s not something I did wrong. I also did register the product when I received it.

Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. We recommend referring to the article below for more helpful tips:
