Washer was good for about a year and a half. After that it just got worse and worse to the point now it doesn’t work.
It started out not spinning every once in a while. Then it got more frequent. Now it won’t spin and all and the lid sensor isn’t working

I love this washer!! I have found it very easy to use! My old washer was too techy and had way too many options for cycles. I am a mom of three so we always have something to be washed. My kids are really hard on clothes and this washer has really done a good job getting them clean

The BEST Waching Machine EVER

My dream has always been to afford my own washer and dryer. I’m from LI NY and always had to go to laundry mats. I bought this washer and dryer combo and it does not disappoint. I love thy they are smart machines and how HUGE they are. Literally laundry mat type machines in my house at such a reasonable rate. Happy with this purchase and the 10 year limited warranty is an understatement. Don’t wait. Get them now!!!

The most persnickety washer in the world

If you look at it wrong the load is unbalanced. Drives me crazy. Then, it just keeps wanting to add more and more water. No! You're just making it worse. Can't even do a load full of towels cause the machine will have a fit and say they're unbalanced, yeah adding more and more water isn't gonna help. Love having to have soaking wet clothes sitting in my sink while I have to spin dry it in tiny increments. And yes, I checked and used a level. Perfectly flat surface. So annoying. I wanna wash my clothes without having to analyze if the load might upset the darn thing. I've been doing laundry for 20 years, this is ridiculously picky.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For a better experience, allow the cycle to continue and finish. If the load is wet at the end of the cycle, even out the load and run a Drain & Spin cycle.
