Hate it ! Doesn’t spin down most of the time. Bought a leveler and still won’t spin down. Small loads. Large loads. I’ve had to take out clothes in order for it to spin down. Even with one blanket it won’t spin. I’ve placed it at Max spin and still don’t spin down. It’s a piece of $9ap. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hello Stephanie1414 - Thanks for taking time to write a review on your washer. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with the spin cycle. Please take advantage of your warranty and schedule an appointment with a GE Service technician at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service
I love the washer, except it doesn’t always spin the clothes without me having to rearrange them. I also, like to wash some delicates by themselves and it’s not real great on this either. It is great for large loads, quilts and blankets. I love that it self dispenses detergent. I love that it informs you how much wash time is left. Great washer, except for minor imperfections.
I just purchased my new GE washer. Instructions for use are a little confusing but im used to a mechanical knob type of washer. Hopefully electronics are long lasting. More to come.
Although the washing machine offers many fine features, the weak and overly sensitive tub becomes off balance too easily forcing the tub to bang along the sides of the inside of a the washing machine like a wild banshee. Needs a better balancing system. Very irritating having to move wet clothes and towels around during the spin cycle to keep it from banging the sides,

Hello Scott0711956 - Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry for any inconvenience with your washer. If the machine is overloaded, the clothes may not be able to move freely and may be more likely to throw the basket off balance. Also, the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.
