only issue i have found is that it is sensitive and if you wash a big load and it is not balanced the machine goes on pause until you distribute the close evenly. i shouldnt have to be around the machine everytime i clean something to make sure the drum doesnt start rattling bad and then goes into pause mode.

Fills up with expensive city water during draining

Miss the old models that did what they were supposed to. Will be switching brands after this, very annoyed at the cost and fact it hogs our expensive city water when it’s supposed to be draining and spinning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to balance and keep balanced. A very deep machine making it quite difficult to reach items at the very bottom.

All GE Appliances washer tubs move freely within our exclusive auto balance suspension system. It is a rod and spring floating suspension, designed to withstand extensive out of balance situations without the need for an "out of balance" switch.
During an out of balance load, the basket is allowed to "float" forward and backward, side to side, and up and down, yet it never touches the floor nor is it even connected to the floor. As a result, the clothes basket can move freely, and this is normal.

Love the space

I love this washer. It has tons of space. I can wash my stain clothes before washing everything inside the washer. It hood laundry soap and will dispense it on its on so I don’t have to make a mess!

This is what I should have had my whole life. It would’ve made laundry so much easier if I had just spent the money to get it. It’s a 5.0 and it’ll handle king quilts and mattress pads. It’s quiet and it actually washes clothes so they are wet and smell clean. No dry areas when you pull out the items! I luv my washer!!!

I love this washer! I love the self dispensing detergent. So it uses the correct amount each time and I don’t have to worry about it. And that it’s so easy to use with the labels for each load!
