It applies the detergent for you?! This is our first washer that has this kind of technology. We love it! It's also very quiet.

So far this machine has worked as advertised. We had previously purchased the same machine but without an agitator and had terrible results with it. It would never get out of the "Sensing" mode unless it was unplugged for at least a minute, it would give a "H2O Supply" message and stop in mid cycle, and clothes would come out with laundry soap still on them. We only had it for maybe a month. It may have been a defective machine but if not, I would not recommend it.
Again, so far, our new machine (which is the 5.0 cubic foot w/an agitator) has worked fine. Keeping our fingers crossed!

Wonderful machine

We really love our new machine. My oldest daughter remarked how clean her clothes came out (so much better than the laundromat!). Even my younger kids like doing their laundry now. The only drawback is that my youngest daughter is only 5’2” and getting clothes off the very bottom of the drum is somewhat difficult for her.
I would recommend this to a friend!
