After six months, I would again give a thumbs up to the machine and would recommend it, also. You need to keep an open mind when presented with a state of the art washer with so many options. All it takes is experience to figure out what cycle is best . I'm using Jeans for most wash options as it can be high efficiency or you can engage the more water input feature. The 27 minute cycle time is excellent and it gets the wash cleaned well. Agitation is easily visible. This machine is a work horse. I can fit a king sized bed spread or a queen sized comforter in the machine and easily so. The auto liquid detergent feature works great. I'm getting about a month's worth of correctly measured usage from a single fill up of detergent. I've yet to re wash anything. The only negative is having to very carefully load extremely heavy items, like big cotton, thick blankets. Such a load must be loaded with equal weights and bulk around the agitator. I'm not having problems now that I have figured that one out ok. Noise level is moderate, not nasty. The controls are easy to figure out and use. I've paired it with the G.E. commercial grade electric dryer and it works fine, too. Also for people with size concerns for getting it through stairwells with narrow openings, the machine was perfect for my older condo. G.E. thoughtfully made those dimension with people like me in mind. In Milwaukee, we have real Factory G.E. service with their own specially trained techs and a easy to schedule online service option. I've used it once as I was getting an odd noise and wanted it checked . All was fine and the service was excellent. I believe G.E Factor service option is rare in this industry. It is appreciated.

Horrible machine-do not waste money even on Cleara

This is by far the worst washing machine I have ever had and I have lived in Europe with tiny machines that only fit a singular outfit. It is horrible at balancing and so if you fill over 1/3 of the way full it can’t handle it. The machine just ends anytime it gets off balance and you end up with soggy dripping clothes that have to be removed until you can get the load small enough for it to manage balancing. Which is comical because if you wash a small load the water never gets high enough to even cover the clothes unless you press the button to add 6 or more gallons. Anytime I wash more than one towel at a time it takes a full day to do a load of laundry because of the amount I have to rerun the machine.
Also due to the lovely HE features on machines these days anything that’s gotten slightly dirty has to be hand washed first. Whites are basically wear twice and throw away if you want them to actually be white for my kids whereas with all my previous machines whites were my favorite to put the kids in because bleach fixes everything.

Bad product look else where

We have had this washer since March 2019 and absolutely hate it. When we run any loads it is always unbalanced and is a pain to dig out all the wet clothes. Should be recalled

Off balance all the time

The washer gets off balance about 2 out of every 3 loads. Would not recommend this washer at all.

It’s always unbalanced. Soap dispenser, doesn’t dispense. Tank level sensor doesn’t read correctly.

I really listen to customers reviews and fixed some of the issues that they were having on the previous model such as the Deep fill not having enough water now you can set it up to 3 gallons 6 gallons or Max full you have the option of setting your personal preferences for each setting including a time setting it is Wi-Fi smart connectivity capable it would be nice if the Wi-Fi smart capability was already in the system instead of a separate purchase cleans very well and I have three very big furry dogs it even does an amazing job removing dog hair from your clothes. my dislikes are the rinse cycle doesn't do well enough unless it is on deep rinse there is no way to control the signal volume for end of cycle ABCD and it is not short person friendly I'm 5-1 and have to stand on my tippy-toes to get anything out of the bottom overall I like my washer
