Waste of money, ZERO stars

Could not be more disappointed with this washer. After many different detergents and cycles, dark clothes continue to come out with white streaks, clothes looking dingy NOT clean. White clothes come out with dirt stains that were not on the clothes prior to washing, requiring multiple hand washes to get clean. Additionally, the clothes are often dripping wet once the cycle ends, too wet to place into dryer. Attempt the “drain & spin” cycle and seem to be just as wet. GE you’ve really let me down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this washer washes your clothes the first time I love how it has its own laundry soap dispenser so now don’t use as much! It’s one I would recommend to anyone.

Don't buy it

I hate this machine! It cannot handle a less than perfectly balanced load for spin. You can't wash a single sweater .... it just won't spin. The worst and most frustrating washer I've ever had. Thought I was getting back to normal with a top load machine. NOPE. AWFUL

We recommend ensuring that all the leveling legs are properly adjusted and leveled to the same height, as this is one of the main reasons for the washer to get unbalanced.
When washing larger loads, we also recommend putting the larger and heavier items on the bottom, and the lighter items on top. This will also help distribute the wash load and help prevent unbalancing. Never put one or two towels in with normal wearing

Headed over two years in like many of the complaints it always gets out of balance you can only put in three towels or 10 towels once they go through the rent cycle they always clump up on one side and you have to take completely soaking clothes out and stretch them out and lay them over and try engage the tub balancing out by watching it around the opening. If you put one single towel in with just regular socks underwears and shirts it will always run out of balance it's been looked at three times by authorized service. It will run train to rebalance water sometimes three times talk about a waste of freaking water
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had the washer delivered and had 2 loads washed and in the dryer in just over an hour. Runs so smoothly and quiet I keep checking to see if it’s still going.

Worst washer ever

This is literally the worst washer I've ever owned. Constantly off balance and I have to readjust heavy wet clothing. I've had for a little under 2 years and I am looking at another washer. The only thing I enjoy is the auto detergent dispenser...
