Great Washer!

You can't go wrong with this washer. It does an excellent job of cleaning clothes. I love that you can add an extra 3 gallons of water at a time. Sometimes you just need a little more.

It broke

It broke after 8 months of use. Attempted to fix while under warranty and took ~3 months to reach a successful conclusion (replacing the washer entirely). Overall a bad experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so happy we upgraded and purchased this washer. We went with the biggest capacity, and I am so glad we did! More space = less loads = less time spent doing laundry! The smart dispense feature is also an efficient time saver, as well as the delay start feature. My only recommendation if I had one would be to add a smart dispense option for fabric softener and the ability to manually control the washer and dryer settings without requiring the delay start to be switched on.

I'm actually having fun doing laundry!! Love the wifi so I can get notified when my loads are done! I tend to get side tracked sometimes! Love the smart despenser too!

I was looking for a larger size washer so I could wash my king size quilts. This washer fits the bill. It has an automatic detergent dispenser which is so handy. I have also enjoyed how it “saves” information from your last wash. If you are short, it might be difficult for you to reach to the bottom though.

Questionable Performance and Durability

Within the first few times using this washer the center agitator came off during the spin cycle and actually put a dent in the stainless steel drum. My husband reattached it only to find it came off with the next load. I think he's got it fixed now so I just hope this isn't an ongoing problem. I've been using the automatic detergent dispenser and find that there is white detergent residue on dark clothes even when I use the deep rinse and extra rinse features so I have to put them through an extra drain and spin cycle with the deep rinse. I think it would work better if there was a little more water added. I can't reach the bottom off the drum and I'm 5' 4". Disappointed because I had been very happy with my previous GE washers.
