Drum very deep

I basically like this washer. But there are a few things I'm having trouble with. The drum is so deep that I had to buy a small step stool so that I can reach small items in the bottom. I am 5 feet 7 and 1/2 in tall, so I am surprised that I had such a problem and discomfort from leaning over the edge and trying to reach the items in the bottom. I also miss having a permanent press feature. The delicate cycle doesn't seem to be as effective as the permanent press cycle I have on my first GE washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washes clothes clean no smell quick cycles but I have found I need to stick to large loads it’s 5.0 cu ft capacity it can handle it

I was originally looking for a no thrills minus all the bells and whistles
washing machine. Being a facilities manager I usually run into issues
with complicated machinery. This unit surprised me with auto dispense detergent and fabric softner. I am very pleased.

The product is fine as far as the washing and sanitizing goes. Make sure to have a full load every time if not the washer seems to go off balance with smaller loads.

It was a little confusing at first, but after reading the manual it was simple. This washer holds a lot and has a whole lot of features! My first brand new washer purchase was a success!
