This washer is so loud when it washes! My front loader I had before was never this loud! I love the large capacity but being short it’s hard to get stuff out! The thing I HATE so much is when it needs to balance! It sounds like someone is beating the sides and wakes my daughter up who is across the house! I do love the soap dispenser capacity! I wouldn’t recommend this washer at all!!

Spin cycle is trash

Don't like the washer at all and wish I could take it back. It is way to deep and the load gets unbalanced way to much and your spin cycle is no good.

Washer worked great for a month and then something broke. Started to shake violently in spin cycle. Then wouldn't spin at all. Detergent leaked from bottom of machine. Do not buy this washer

I bought this washer thinking it would be so great. Not so much this washer is awful. If you fill the washer it doesn’t drain properly so you have to do multiple rinse cycles to get all the weather to drain. I have tried everything to get it balanced and it just shakes and shakes. Wish I would have for something else .

I previously had a Samsung front loading washer for 9 years and chose not to purchase that brand again after issues with other appliances. So we decided to purchase the GE top loading washer and already love it after the first load of laundry. My clothes seem cleaner than ever before!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was very unhappy with this I purchased in April 2020 already had to have a repair which I was scheduled a few days out turned into a week not recommended...

Is adversities as heavy duty but does not handle even towels. Won’t go to spin cycle unless you manually balance the load.
